Do you ship internationally?

Yes! We ship worldwide from Florida. That includes North America, Europe, Australia, New Zealand, Asia Pacific, Latin America and the Caribbean, North Africa, the Middle East, and Sub-Saharan Africa.

What are your estimated shipping times?

Estimated delivery times are:

  • North America: 3–10 business days
  • Canada: 2–6 weeks
  • Europe: 3–6 weeks
  • Australia, New Zealand & Oceania: 3–6 weeks
  • Asia Pacific: 3–6 weeks
  • Latin America & the Caribbean: 3–6 weeks
  • North Africa & the Middle East: 3–6 weeks
  • Sub-Saharan Africa: 3–6 weeks

I always do my best to meet these estimates, but delivery times can vary based on the shipping method and carrier.

How long does it take to process my order?

Our current processing time is 1–3 business days before your order ships. You’ll receive your tracking details as soon as your order is on its way.

Will I have to pay customs or import taxes?

Buyers are responsible for any customs fees, duties, or import taxes that may apply in their country. We are not responsible for delays caused by customs processing.

Can I use more than one discount code?

When multiple discounts are available (for example, during a sale event), only one discount — the one with the greatest savings — will be applied to your order.

What is your return policy?

We have a 10-day return policy, which means you have 10 days after receiving your order to request a return.

To be eligible, your item must be:

  • In the same condition you received it
  • Unworn or unused
  • With tags and in the original packaging
  • Accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase

To start a return, please email us at vanessadesigns4u@gmail.com. Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Do you offer exchanges?

We don’t offer direct exchanges. The fastest way is to:

  1. Request a return for the item you have.
  2. Once your return is accepted, place a new order for the item you’d like instead.
Who pays for return shipping, and is shipping refundable?

Buyers are responsible for the return shipping fee.

The original shipping cost is non-refundable and will be deducted from your refund for returns or exchanges.

When will I receive my refund?

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll let you know if the refund is approved. If approved, your refund will be issued back to your original payment method. Please note that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
